I think he was doing a 1:39 lap time and thought he could pass. Silly squirrel, everyone knows you don’t pass on the Corkscrew.

Luckily he decided he had something to live for and he turned around.

He was fast, but not that fast! He got hit a few minutes later by a BMW, I’m told.

In this series of shots, he makes about 6 feet of progress as my GT350R goes about 60 feet. How’s that for racing photography!! He knew he wouldn’t make it, so I guess his judgement wasn’t too impaired. Until he misjudged that bmw.

They're the PowerStop TrackDay pads (swapping to Z26 for the street). They're pretty good and last about 4-5 HPDE days (I have ducts). But I think I've outgrown them. And they squeal like hell at the end of the straights at 125 at NJMP or 140 at Pocono.

Probably going to the G-LOC R12s on the front. I've been watching the other thread about G-LOC vs Pagid vs Raybestos. Leaning towards the G-LOCs since mine's a dual purpose car and I can switch to the GS1 pads for the street.
