Russ is doing his last track day before he deploys next weekend at barber. He picked up a set of Trofeo Rs and his goal is to beat the LapTime set by Randy Pobst in the Z28. Vote on which car he should take that you'd like to see against the Z28. Thanks and please subscribe to our channel.

Sorry Russ, go with the Z06!

Russ:

I saw a 1:40.XX on your lap timer and you had traffic near then end of your lap. Will you post more vids with a better time without traffic?

Looking around, I found this on Barber lap times for the 2.4 mile track configuration:

Barber Motorsports Park lap times
Rank. Vehicle Driver Time PS / KG
1. Porsche 911 GT3 (991) unknown 1:35.76 476 / 1425
2. Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Randy Pobst 1:36.17 507 / 1702
3. Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 unknown 1:36.29 507 / 1702
4. Porsche 911 Turbo S (991) Randy Pobst 1:36.34 560 / 1610
5. Nissan GT-R (R35 550 PS) Randy Pobst 1:36.45 550 / 1736

All things considered, your lap time of 1:40 is amazing considering the above times are posted by a Professional Driver.

Really liked the side view camera mount as it reall gave me the sense of the Z06 zipping thru the curves. Thanks for sharing and stay safe during your deployment.

Keep in touch while over there, (if possible),

PS: Russ, Needed to add that you Sir are a very talented driver!
