What, you might wonder, do nougat, spinach, and Joe have to do with racing? Well, nothing really. Other than the fact that March 26 is National Nougat Day and National Spinach Day, and March 27 is National Joe Day (as in coffee). We plan to give joe its due and celebrate National Joe Day all weekend with plenty of coffee for everyone.
