[B]Online Registration is discounted up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Prices for the Race and TT groups will increase by $75 two weeks prior to the event. Fees are $100 higher than online price when registering at the track!

[B][U]WSIR Track Info:[/U][/B]
Gate Hours: Fri 6:30am - 11pm\, Sat 6:30am - 12:00am\, Sun 6:30am - 5:00pm\, must vacate the premises by 7:00pm.
The original WSIR Tire Shop is closed for the time being. Our own tech guy\, Joe\, will have a tire machine and can provide service.

[B]HPDE / TT INFORMATION:[/B]
All [URL='http://www.nasaproracing.com/hpde/index.html']HPDE[/URL] classes (1-4) on Saturday and Sunday.
[B]ALL[/B] participants in the TT run group are [B][U]REQUIRED[/U][/B][U] [/U]to have a transponder. [U]Also\, All drivers registering for HPDE4/TT must be pre-approved by the group leader prior to the event. If you have not participated in NASA SoCal HPDE4/TT within the last two years and do not have a NASA Competition racing or TT license\, you MUST e-mail [/U][EMAIL='socal@drivenasa.com'][U]socal@drivenasa.com[/U][/EMAIL][U] for screening and approval. [/U]

[B]HPDE / TT INFORMATION:
[U]PLEASE NOTE TRANSPONDER RENTAL POLICY:[/U][/B] Unfortunately\, due to 25% of rented transponders not being returned\, we have been forced to implement a $50 penalty on transponders that are not returned to Registration on Sunday\, 30 minutes after the last session. On Monday morning\, anyone who has a missing transponder will be charged $50 to their credit card on file. If the transponder is not returned to NASA SoCal (see Contacts page for address) by the Wednesday after the event\, a replacement fee of $400 will be charged.

[I]Also please note that transponders are not rented to HPDE1 and 2 groups as they are not timed but are [/I][B][I]REQUIRED[/I][/B][I] in TT. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. [/I]

[B]HPDE 2-4:[/B] HPDE passport check or instructor approval.

[B]Racing (sprint and endurance):[/B] NASA Competition License
[B]Supersize ST:[/B] You must be registered to race in order to supersize your entry.

[B][U]NASA SoCal Cancellation Policy:[/U]
HPDE/Time Trial/Competition School:[/B] Full refund less $30.00 processing fee\, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event\, otherwise no refunds or credits. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain. No exceptions.

[B]Race Groups:[/B] Fees are eligible for a full credit (valid for event entries within the calendar year)\, less a $30 processing fee\, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend\, please submit your request via the [URL='https://gr.drivenasa.com/?reason=Cancel%2FReschedule%20my%20HPDE#Contact']contact form[/URL] or call us at 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully\, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
