I am assuming that is the configuration. I've only run it once, so it will be a good refresher/learning opportunity to me. I'll be running HPDE 3.

Sure you will enjoy the event, I am hoping to get down there next year, as I had great results the last couple of times I ran there. Post some pics for us up here in the Frigid North ---- crazy cold weather this year , compared to normal.

Jumping to another subject , many of us here need to send out a special thanks to k98Dave. Without guys like him, most of us would not get so much joy running at tracks all over the Country. I find it hard to ever thank Workers enough, as their help makes our amateur sport doable ,yet impossible without their selfless effort. Note k98Dave does Flagging and Communication in both SCCA and NASA , along with assistance in PCA. But then he has Boss, so we know he is a super cool guy too, ha. Thanks Dave, from your fellow track addicts, you are much appreciated!!!!!!

Well the weather seemed like it was going to be horrible, but just before we started the rain went away and it stayed cool all weekend, but it was a good trip overall. I put up my best time of 1.26.966 on the second day and definitely gained a lot of confidence over the weekend. I struggle a bit at Cresson and I worry about running off the track more here than other places, not sure why exactly. First video is my fastest lap and the second is a full session.

BT,
Love the track at Cresson , but you need to try and put your worries away as that is one of the best tracks in the Midwest where an off track excursion is nothing but one imitating someone doing lawn maintenance, ha! Like so many others I had a little two wheels off at Big Bend, and after doing that I realized I could go through there a bit faster with a slightly earlier apex. Shazam, this is a wonderful track to push the limits as runoff is from there to Oklahoma. I bet the next time you go you will take off 2 full seconds minimum, but thanks for posting the video -- brings back fond times at the closest road course to Ft. Worth.

I went way, way, way off there running clockwise on my Ducati. (I suck on a bike, btw) Yup, not much to hit there, but never really noticed that there was a pond...
