How you like the st45? Have u ever had experience with GLOC? If yes how would you compare them?

ST45's have worked very well at both Daytona and Sebring, excellent performance and minimal wear. My other brake pad experience on this car is only with the stock organic pads, which work well but wear down quickly. Note that the ST45's - when new at Sebring left a heavy residue on the CF wheels. After immediately washing the wheels, there was still rust type residue which looked to have pitted the wheel finish. I used Iron X spray, which reacted with the metallic residue and completely cleaned up the front wheels to my great relief.

Awesome. Is the initial bite good?

Bested my time by 1.5 seconds despite having to downgrade from G-Loc R16 front pads to R12's due to availability. It created a couple of butt puckering moments until I adapted.

I think it's time to turn off AdvanceTrac while in Track Mode. The car is cutting power on some corner exits and mid turn. I've noticed on videos with quick times in same car that people are working the wheel much more than me mid turn and corner exit at the same tracks where I experience this.

Power cut can be dangerous if you aren’t expecting it. Getting AT turned off is a good plan; practice throwing the car around a bit at a place with few things to hit.

Hit a new PB at MSR-Houston.

It's not where I want to be, but this was first full event post engine repair.

You made those laps look so calm and smooth. I ran there two days ago (Friday only-rainy day) with the Mustang 55th group and I felt a lot more tense and I felt like I was working harder. Nice job!
Probably because I hadn't had my new GT350 on track for a real track day and it was partially wet. We ran the NASCAR course minus the back straight bus stop. My best laps with my stock GT350 were 1:37s (wet but drying track). Will be interested to see others laps from the Mustang 55th.

Also just back from the 55th at Charlotte- ran Thursday during dry time-
Only got a few good laps- lots of cars -afternoon later thinned out-
Did a 142.4 in my stock 2012 Boss- with some poor Hancook tires - 1 of them put me on the trailer for Friday am runs- discovered huge hump in the LF tire that ended my day. would have gotten another tire somewhere for Friday if i thought the day was going to dry out and allow for some good dry runs- also wanted to try the wet rack-didn't happen.
still was a good time

that's bc it's so slow it looks smooth lol ..

I wondered how many people were there since it rained most of the day and probably wouldn't be dry. This Friday is the TNiA there, hopefully it's dry.

Friday, in a semi-dry session, I ran 1:33.58 on street tires. I know Steve Espo was quicker because I was following him as he slowly left me in his wake. I'll post some video on the event thread since my time isn't a PB. Data did show me going into T3 at 146 mph, which was pretty cool. Go 3V Nation!!

Andrew, this Friday will be a toss up on the weather. Beautiful all week, and a cold front moving in for the weekend.

In a day where most of us had problems all day and had up to 2 seconds slower pace, find my PB was a very nice surprise. Most encouraging is my best sectors together put me around 1:29:700
I do believe this car is capable stock like this to be on the lower 29 however my overheating issues become everyday a bigger concern

Hopefully TNiA use both bus stops I like the extra braking zones.

I'm sure that one day it will rain. Haven't driven the car since August of last year...can't wait to make some laps is a under statment lol

Good time. Gotta get that temp issue under control and then move on to bigger/better problems!

No one ever seems to run Charlotte the same way. Please note that this is the no chicanes setup. 1:29.81 with my strano bars, watts link added. The car has a bit if understeer so i think I’ll be stiffening the sway or raising the roll center on the watts. A little understeer feels fine when the consequences are what they are at Charlotte!

I waited to make sure the track was dry, ended up getting two good sessions in .. disappointing of not having the chicanes in play. PB on this version 1:28.62
1st outing on some Dunlop take offs .. very pleased with them started with 29 cold and ended 34 hot
