nGauge discontinued - what that means for us

Hello TMO friends! I have been emailing Lund regarding potential tuning in the spring and just found out that the nGauge will not be available when supplies run out. The funny thing is earlier today I was doing some due diligence on various tuners and was trying to dig into the E-motion website, the manufacture of the nGauge, to see differences. None of their web links were functional and I was thinking well maybe an update or website glitch. Well, I was obviously thinking wrong.... I'm putting this out there for anyone that may have been considering purchasing. The warranty via E-motion was only one year. I'm thinking that it is probably no longer good.

nGauge

Thanks!

Is lund going to still support tuning for those that have them already ?
If the the tuner is still functioning I do not see why not. The programing protocols are already in place. I'll check with Lund an update.

I downloaded the manual a while back for a preview - Attached for anyone that may need in the future for reference.

I've just seen tunes become unsupported on older devices. (i.e. the Cobb accesports)

But awesome sounds good!

Lund reported that if someone already has an nGauge set up they will continue to support:

No statement on how log. I assume as long as the gauge is good there should be no problems. They have too much time and money involved with working with the nGauge. My thought is that it would be extremly counter productive for them to drop service. They are just too big to do somthing like that and create a bad rep. It would cost the way too much $$$.

Thanks a bunch... Bought a used BULLITT it came with the Lund tunes already loaded. Desperately needed this info to take full advantage of the system.
