Nice. But is the GT500 pan only compatible with the GT500 oil pump and/or pick-up tube?

Or can it be installed on a Gen1 or Gen2 as is?
The GT500 pickup tube is longer by about 1/2" from the standoff mount to the bottom of the screen so I can surmise that the pan is deeper than the stock coyote pan.

I can cold crank 113 psi on my car.

As for the dipstick, one can always fill one qt. short of capacity and mark the dipstick then add final qt. and mark stick again.

I have this kit and will be installing it soon in a larger project. I did buy Boundary black opg’s for it and just thought I’d share the orientation for these if anyone wanted to go this route. They make these for the stock oil pump size as well. I’ve been running their original opg’s in my car for the last three years.

Finished installing the new oil pan along with the new high volume pump. Extending the wires for the oil pan sensor has to be done since the sensor is on the complete opposite side but that's really no big deal. This is a comparison to the stock 15-17 5.0 oil pan and some pics for your pleasure.

Little bit of a picture illusion here but the pumps are basically identical in size except for the intake port and a few other spots. The pics make the new pump look massive and that's just not the case.

Did u use their anti cavitation backing plate and do you think its necessary when using the black gears because of the harder finish ?

I did not use their backing plate. While it may be ‘better’, I don’t think it’s necessary only for the reason that we don’t change the backing plate when we upgrade to billet versions. I truly have no science to prove any difference but I’m sure Boundary has much more relevant testing data. 6 months in now and no issue.

For NA cars are people also swapping in an aftermarket crank sprocket too when doing this? On a gen3 motor if that makes any difference. Also I presume That despite the extra width of this oil pump gear set the regular 5.0 timing chain gear still fits?

Oh good to know thanks Steve. Safe to just unbolt that one main stud and replace I presume?
Yes very specific torque though.
11. Tighten the vertical main bearing cap fasteners.
Torque:
Stage 1: 1 through 20: 177 lb.in (20 Nm)
Stage 2: 1 through 10: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
Stage 3: 11 through 20 : 48 lb.ft (65 Nm)
Stage 4: 1 through 20: 90°
The bolt goes on main cap #4 which is 2nd from rear on the driver side of the cap. It is #15 so it gets tightened to 177 in/lbs, then 48 ft/lbs and finally 90 degrees more turn. threads should have light application of clean engine oil.

Well, I never installed my GT500 oil pan. Instead I ordered a new car. I think I said it already, the thing is a beast and I think it's built better than that other more expensive FP pan.
