The cambered axle has been extremely reliable across the board with extremely long wheel bearing life. It's also an extremely durable street part with no special maintenance. In fact, the hubs have survived several crashes on multiple cars that bent or broke the rear end housing. They are fully serviceable as well so the likelihood of incurring large expenses once you own it is very low assuming you keep the correct amount of oil in it and don't crash!

Thanks for the nice response, reassurance and note about not crashing, ha,ha. Now of course the next question is whether or not there might be a TMO discount , or Christmas Discount, or Black Friday discount, or........................well, you get the drift.

Trying to convince myself this is the next best upgrade and pretty close to deciding, and I know a couple of other folks on this site that are considering, so only smart to throw out the question. Saw the benefits in person while at Heartland Motorsports Park about a month ago, as a car similar to mine was running quicker than me by about 1.5 seconds. He was on Pirellis and I was on Hoosiers , but the way he pulled away from me in the sweepers was way more than tires. Coming from racing many IRS cars, the logic of a cambered rear end is quite apparent.

The cambered axle is a highly engineered pro-level product so discounts will never be very big. With that said we always support TMO members and we are willing to offer a 5% discount to any confirmed TMO members purchasing it for themselves if they agree to post about it here on the forum or FB/IG and do a review. We actually have the hubs built in Australia by our Australian V8 supercar friends and are working hard not to raise prices since importing anything recently has gotten significantly more costly.

The fact that you have hubs done in Australia by your V8 Supercar friends says it all about the durability to anyone who is a fan of that Series! If it lasts through the races with V8 Supercars you can tout it's strength to anyone, imho!

Appreciate the response and just another reason for folks on TMO to realize why this is the track Forum to be on!

Anyone know what the current price of the cambered rear axle is for TMO members since this thread is old? Also if you have cortex supply the axle what’s the process and cost to add the Torsen T2R?

not sure they are still around, the Aussie V8 series went to IRS a couple of years ago and the IMSA/PWC crowd is all GT4 now, You may find one used someplace.

Would be best to call them and ask first. I suspect that's why they have you send in your own axle.
They are still available, I have one on the way....oh wait, I'm telling on myself aren't I.

Some day...
I've been "Someday-ing" this for long enough that I finally pulled the trigger.
The IRS cars are so good now us stick axle guys need all the help we can get.
