I really wish I had sprung for the dog rings now....damn damn damn damn, but building a new motor tapped me out so I just couldn't go all the way unfortunately.
tell me about it!! As usual, I am way over budget (don't make those, they are bad for you).

Last year I had plenty of money saved up and partied like a rockstar but this year the Motor got most of it.
Good thing I saved all my old tires cause I am going to be racing on them this year. 😟

I love your view on life and I just returned from a vacation in Cali where I and my wife decided to sample the various grape concoctions of the Golden State and I am not sure I have enough money left to compete at a high level in 2022 ----but I do be soooooo very mellow now!!! Welcome to racing with what you got , haha!! I sold my pure race car to go to Time Trials yet I already ran out of money with this endeavor, so I just realized my kick ass TT3 car for serious competition will be about half way finished to the plans I have for it--- damn retirement has shiznit money issues.

Okay, it works.

Don't forget to install the steering stops if you need them.
I have a set, I think the boss 302r rack has some already, but not sure if it’s enough for my 335’s so I’ll find out as soon as I get it on the turn plates.

Finally getting down to fighting weight.....65 pounds off the nose.
Almost 1% more rear weight bias than before. I'll take it.

You better post some pics from the rear so other racers know the Frankenstang! With fantastic aero like that and everything else that's all the other racers will see! They will be like this :crying: when you pull away from them.
That was last year, this is a brand new year, and everybody has upped their game. I'm also going to do some NASA events with cars I haven't seen before. We aren't going to know where we fit until we saddle up to do battle....and that day is coming soon. ;)

That should make it interesting and fun. I'll be waiting for some podium finishes.
Lets hope I didn't accidentally make it slower....lol.

Or the other direction - Performs better that you expected... That would be a good head scratcher. Side thought - I wonder how much starting tire pressures will be effected by the extra down force.
I'm going to start off where we ended up last season...stay tuned.
