Great seeing everyone at the event. Wish I had spent more time talking with Rob (Blacksheep-1) and the rest of Dean's guys. Maybe next year he will come back to the garages to paddock. The GT4 and Griffin TA cars were sick fast. This event is one that should not be missed. I think I may actually have seen an Audi or two.

All of us at the Griffin Motorsports camp had a great time. I must say the driving was a little suspect in the Race group considering this was "technically" a DE-style event, especially from some of the Miata guys. The Race Group is basically a glorified IMSA Test session(s). A ton of unnecessary crashes in most every group, several of which looked like total right-offs.

Really appreciated the time we got to spend with Rob (Blacksheep-1) & his generosity with his Tire wisdom. He even gave our Chief Mechanic, Scott, an Official "Tire Guy Mafia" sticker! Thanks to Morgan & Dean at Kohr, they were extremely helpful as they always are with us. I'll post some vids from our cars in the Track Time Vids section.

Glad to see you thought the Miata guys were a little, how would you say, petulant the first day. We had a chat with the Organizers and I thought they were a little more respectful on Saturday and Sunday. If people just try and grid by relative speed and then check mirrors and hold the line when fast traffic is approaching then we had a bunch of clean fun sessions. Hope I didn't give you or any of your drivers a hard time, I did out brake myself into the Bus Stop a couple times, LOL. All in all a great event. And yes Race Group is a glorified test day for the IMSA guys (Miatas included) and us wannabe guys.

There is no experience like coming around T1 to a brand new C7 smashing into the wall, airbags and all on your first time there.
