Would it make sense to set up a Google Sheet with the main page information, and then the only admin overhead required is to grant permission requests from TMO members, assuming folks don't mess up the data entry?

Speaking only for myself here....
For me the issue is formatting. I had asked that members post specific data in a specific order.
Otherwise I am constantly re formatting and editing the info and PM ing the user sometimes multiple times trying to get the correct info for the post.
Do that several times a day with several different members and it just eats up a huge block of time and is very frustrating.
If we can just stick to the requested format, updating the main page would be much much easier and likely to happen much more frequently.
