This looks impressive and surely will put some pressure on Chuckwalla Valley Raceway. Has anyone driven this track yet?

Was I supposed to invite people? j/k...I think I'd need another zero at the end of my average income to qualify. ::)

Maybe we should ask about setting up a BMO-West event there?

James Sofronas of GMG Racing is a big partner there. AFAIK it's a members-only facility and the price of entry isn't cheap. I'm sure it's great--it's only a couple years old.

Yes, was just mulling it over. Probably a no, but it'll be on my radar.

That's exactly what I was alluding to. IIRC, the prices used to be posted on the website, and I remember thinking 'Well, not until the kids are out of the house...", or code for probably never. :( I think there were open lots to build on, and 'junior' type memberships too.

Sorry to dig this one up...but I was thinking about this track yesterday. And today one of my friends says he got an invite to go and will try to get me on the list. Might even be able to go back to back at Chuckwalla. Gonna be a loooong wait for a call or text back...

For the record, you don't need to be a member to drive there, you just need to be the guest of someone who is.

Ben , remember how long we have been friends????? In case you forgot how many years, I would be glad to remind you,ha,ha. Frankly I am just pleased you posted all those videos as this is the only racing those of us in the Snowbelt get for a few more months.

Killer track and Thermal is correct , that is one hot track. Read about it a few years back and really cool they have extended it!

Re: The Thermal Club Racetrack
Yeah, I did that too, but sometimes there is a mailing address near the track, but not at the track so I had to ask.

Now you see why I'd jump at even the slightest possibility of an invite! And why I need to make mo' money!! Aside from the usual reasons...
