Oil Separater or Valve Cover Breather

Looking into getting an oil separater but spotted that you can also get valve cover breathers. Just wondering what the general consensus is as to which is the best option..?

My opinion is if its a track only car run a breather system similar to the Boss 302S. For street/track cars I prefer an oil separator. A closed PVC system imo is important on the street as it helps keep the crankcase moisture free and reduces buildup of those nasty combustion byproducts as well.

Thanks for your reply NFSBOSS, hadn't seen this particular post but it does look like a nice setup. Have been looking at the JLT separater and may well end up going down that route.

Thanks HackBoss302, appreciate your reply. Not planning to track mine too much at the moment so I probably fall in to the oil separater category.
