Background & Plans
Bought this car in 1979 for $600. It was my third 65 fastback. Stripped it down to metal in the early 80’s, had it painted Rangoon Red, and shoehorned a built 351C in it. Street and strip car in those days. Got married, had kids, got busy with them and it sat idle in my garage until 2010. Went completely through it again, this time with road racing in mind. Took me 11 years off and on due to my work schedule. It’s finally on the road and a blast to drive. Looking forward to open track days and weekend cruises.
