- This car came out of the blue (no pun intended) when I was scrolling on FB marketplace as we all do, and saw this car listed for sale or trade. I messaged the owner offering to trade my previous S197 plus cash on my end, and less than 24 hours later the car was mine. The car was already tastefully modded with most of the mods besides the Sparcos and Bilsteins.
Since this car is my weekend toy for carving canyons and occasional track days, I plan to go through the car and upgrade with some quality parts including the rest of the suspension, quality brakes, Apex wheels, etc. So far, this car is a beast compared to my previous 3v S197 and I am excited to see what kind of lap times it can put down to compete with its european counterparts.
