  1. Black Enkei PF01 pn

Hey,I am trying to get the black Enkei PF01 for my Boss but my contact get this reply:"OK, here's the deal on those Enkei's. Talked to my guy over at Tire Rack, where you told me to get them, and they do not show anything in the bolt pattern for a 2012 Mustang Boss 302 in an 18" rim. They...
  2. Aftermarket Wheels

    Cloud9,Where did you find the R888's? Trying to localize a set and preferably to a decent price..."My" dealer can't find them :(275/35ZR18 99Y RD 162800 305/35ZR18 162810
  3. Enkei/Nitto or FRP/Hoosier or .....

Thank you for your input!I know I'm asking for the impossible :)I will go for the Toyo R888's. (Thank you Cloud9!) Many people here use it with good result plus it is actually legal for use on the streets for real...
  4. Enkei/Nitto or FRP/Hoosier or .....

Ok, I know there are tons of threads on tires for track already but I haven't been able to make up my mind and need some quick decisions as my car is about to ship soon.I want a set of track dedicated wheels and I have two set-ups in mind:1. Enkei PF01 with Nitto NT05 275/40-18 front and...
  5. Lowering springs

I know!Plus I have two friends currently stocking up with Cayman R and GT3 RS so some sticky tires to fit on the Enkei's are high on the list as well. Reading here I think I will go for the Nitto NT05.
  6. Lowering springs

#133I should probably change "name" here to something more neutral as my previous Boss, #299, found a new owner last fall.Currently stocking up on stuff to make the new one quicker on the tracks. Hence the question about combining the Steeda springs with Enkei and MM Camber plates.
  7. Lowering springs

Is it possible to use the Steeda Boss specific lowering springs together with MM C/C plates and the Enkei PF01 wheels?PS. Just took the decision to invest in a 2012 YB Boss 302 ;D DS.
  8. Boss vs Roush

Thanks for the input everybody.First of all, the reason for selling it; I´m living in a cold place and can not drive it during the winter. I needed the money elsewhere... And it is always fun to change :D (as some other forum members can agree!).Primarily I am thinking of a 12my Boss as I...
  9. Boss vs Roush

I have sold my Boss... :(BUT, I´m gonna buy a new Mustang! ;DNow here is my question. As much as I loved the Boss I am still open for other mustangs. A friend of mine recommended me to take a look at the 2011 Roush 5XR http://www.roushperformance.com/vehicles/mustang-2011-5xr.htmlHe...
  10. Photos from Danish car magazine Bilmagasinet

Some pictures from the Danish magazine Bilmagasinet. Front cover picture and 4 pages inside. Really positive review and Boss is named the "winner" but unfortunately Ford Europe does not sell the cars so the magazine recommends the AMG. I have the article in PDF if anyone is interested to read it...
  11. 0-60mp/h and 0-100km/h on stock tires

Have anyone here tried it using some "advanced" measuring equipment? I have seen 4,1 on 0-60 by motortrend. Not sure if 0-100km/h is possible in second gear?
  12. First Track Weekend Review

Nice reading and happy you enjoyed your car! Really looking forward installing the cooling ducts on my car as well.Interesting to read about your rear sway bar experince. I´ve had trouble getting proper traction exiting some turns but I also think that the car is perfectly neutral and easy to...
  13. Advance Trac, Sport Mode and All disabled

So far I have used the Boss on track using Sport Mode ESP and TC. It have felt good to have a "safety belt" on in case of driver mistake. I have really only noticed the systems on the exit of some corners where the traction control have held back a too heavy gas pedal foot. But last Sunday I...
  14. Top speed?!

Yes, I did change at 155mph pretty sharp. Not sure if the rev.limiter kicked in but my co-driver recorded 155 at the gps when I changed. As the acceleration declined so drastically I almost think it was the speed limiter that stopped the car from continue accelerating as the engine still revs...
