302BOB replied to the thread Bob's Ton of Posts!.Ortho Doc has me taking off my cast boot twice a day to exercise my foot/ankle up and down like pressing a gas peddle and the rehab boys were surprised to see how much range/movement I have......me too, with hardly any discomfort. (see full post)
