Finally finished my battery relocation. Started this months and months ago but other stuff took precedent. Not a huge transformation, but a step in the right direction. This also opens up the battery cavity which I have another plan for.
Video dump. Its been a while since I updated this thread and a lot has transpired both good and bad. Always something to learn, test, and improve. Enjoy!
The shape of the bumper cover has the least to do with aero performance when you factor in the splitter and any other aero bits around it. In the case of the GT vs LX bumpers, its practically zero difference.
I developed these for my GT350 air box. The air box on the GT's looks really close but not 100% sure how close it is to fitting. https://ajhartmanaero.com/gt350-airbox-lid/
About 6 years now on an MT82 from a 2011 V6 Mustang in my racecar. Granted I'm fairly light and only around 320-330 hp. No additional coolers or anything.
Project Crusher never really came to fruition as a whole, but just about every part from that project is available. Shoot me a dm with any specific questions. We have a bunch of aero options for your car and can customize others depending how crazy you want to get and what class you plan to run in.
Kinda want to submit my 2:04.9 in the GT350 as it would be the fastest time on street tires, but I'm fairly sure I'll nock that down a bit in cooler weather and some tweaks.
Finally got a chance to take not only the GT350 out, I got the racecar out as well. New PB in both and got down to a 2:04.9 in the GT350 and 2:01.8 in the racecar.
