I really hate to hear this... this is exactly why I do my best to avoid having the dealership work on my car unless absolutely necessary. My local dealership has a young kid doing the oil changes... I understand, fairly basic, straight forward job... if they are paying attention to what they are...
I was there last Thursday afternoon and night, not as a participant, but as one of the many trying to get into the paddock for the NMD event on Friday. Wide range of cars (speed) and drivers (skill)... saw a nasty wreck between infield turns 2 and 3... felt bad for that guy as I am sure it was...
I am going to guess that you were in the B run group based on your back stretch speed. :)I was put in the C run group and by the afternoon we were up to 140 as well... so much for the radar gun bluff. LOLNice track, but I was surprised how rough Nascar 3 and 4 were. I ran a bit higher line...
Ha! I figured that was you... have watched you build that car forever on the SVOCOP site. Glad to hear that you have made the plunge with your Boss... it is addicting!
I have the MGW shifter and absolutely no vibration! I placed a small piece of rubber tubing on the original mount studs (to floor pan) just in case the rear bracket touched (it is very close).Shifter performed flawlessly at CMP a few weeks ago.I couldn't be happier, great product!
Curious if anyone has installed roll bar padding on these bars?I haven't yet, prefer not too if I don't have to, but want to be safe and protected if required.
