The R rear bar is 23.6 mm vs the 22.2 mm GT350 bar. The front bars between them are identical. However, that's balanced out by significantly stiffer front springs on the R (240 lb/in vs 194 lb/in). I would recommend one without the other, and in general, you'll get more bang for the buck and...
If you upgraded from the base, that means you don't have the brake air deflectors nor the PP belly pan that has the deflector channels to cool the brakes, so you're not getting much air there at all. They are actually very effective and I would strongly recommend you look at upgrading to those...
This is the wrong approach to get what you're looking for. These cars do not need more rear bar, as that just limits the effectiveness of the torsen diff.
I don't like the non-linearity of anything outside of the normal throttle mode, and advancetrac is a PITA when it grabs as you're correcting small slides. Normal with everything off. Ease up to your limits. I've always found the car more predictable to drive with everything off.
Because they spec'd them to be used with their (too big) rear swaybar for an overall target roll stiffness. In my experience I'd never want higher than a stock GT rear bar, and would up the spring rate to get the desired roll stiffness. Gotta make the rear diff work...
I would not look at the RT660, RE71R or A052 for anything but TT or autocross. They are all designed to heat up quick and have a lower temp ceiling. They also wear very quickly for HPDE/lapping days.Goodyear Supercar 3 (not 3R) would be my recommendation if you cannot get the R-S4.
Solostorm is fantastic for autocross. Love the real-time data, sector splits, and auto-download of the low res video at the conclusion of runs. With events that have enough time between runs (15-20 mins), you can really validate where you under/over drove, where to cut distance, etc.
BMR front bar here. I run stock GT PP rear bar...no additional rear bar is necessary. Eibach bar has similar rates. Whiteline and Ford Perf are a little stiffer.
36/34 is way too high for RE71Rs and good camber. They'll just get hot and be more peaky. Target 31/28 hot pressures for autocross. On the street I bump them to 31-32 cold all around to ensure even wear.
