Call me crazy but nearly 15k miles on a set of tires for a sports car (let alone 21k) sounds AMAZING to me :)
I replace tires on an annual basis (ok fine, I do go to 8 or so track events per year), but driving a car of this nature comes with high consummable costs. That big V8 along with...
Totally makes sense. I had thought the same thing when Ford showed that peak power is 7500rpm, but fuel cut is also 7500rpm. Suggests that there are some valvetrain limitations there.
WOW that is cheap!
Isnt that kit the same as KW V2 (rebound adjust only)?
That's pretty darn good at that price. Though I'm with you on that--that rear spring rate I would not want to have :)
I would definitely do the Roush upper link if this is a stock car.
This way, you get more anti squat (90% on the roush vs 50% stock) without affecting roll steer.I would suspect that a stock ride height car with LCA relocation brackets may get dicey with all that rear steer that can go on.
I'm with Grant.I replace my tires annually--and my car is only driven 6 months out of a year. It's just a part of the reality!
Track time + over 3600lb weight and if one is running the stock toe in alignment up front, it is absolutely no surprise that uneven tire wear is the result.I run 0...
FWIW I went with Z2's in 245/275. At least in the 19inch sizes, they are identical in tread width to our factory P zeros. So you lose nothing with that tire.
If the Rivals are truely 245/275 (ie: they do not run wide like the Dunlops), then it may not be ideal. I understand that the Z2s run a...
Hi guys,Did my pads a few times and fiddled with the dowels. It was easy to remove, but not easy to put back.
Is there a special tool used to hammer the dowels back in place? Unlike a more traditional setup, these dowels are friction fit rather than held on with pins. What I have done is...
It's a segment done by Drive and what I assume is sponsored by Coretex.
Nothing we don't already know but it's great to get the awareness out there. The video is entertaining :)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOOS1Clt6KQ
