I had something similar happen to my 2011 GT. The thermostat went bad on it, however, I wasn't able to get a decent answer from the dealer about the particles in the coolant (yours looks exactly like my '11 did), so whether or not it's truly related, who knows...I had them flush the coolant...

ouch, sorry to hear about your LS...I didn't like those at first until I saw one at MMS during Track Attack. Awesome. Hope you get her fixed SOON! And back out on the track...I drive an F250 as a daily, I think I'll run over some Novas next week......douche canoe...that's a keeper.
