Just gimme that tremec tranny, heavier clutch, shifter and one piece driveshaft,.... instead of the POS Chinease tranny and two piece boat anchor DS and crappy remote shifter that came with my LS.

Seems to me unless you screw wth the ECU it would be hard to bypass the protective" limp mode" to cause a catostrophic failure with this engine, unless there was a factory defect of course..... the tranny is a whole nother story,..... its not rated enough over the factory torque numbers to...

It would also need another driveshaft, nothing stock or after market to a MT82 would work.......little bummed about this,......in my opinion the MT82 is a POS im finding out,.....and I already bought an expensive 4" alunimum driveshaft and a MGW shifter is one day away...... would and still...

If its invoiced bring it to the attention of your dealer,.... get a check or have them installed then update us.

Read on this forum or another months ago where someone actually went back to the dealership and got a reimbursement check for the mirrors missing ( but invoiced) on his LS. I'm in the unique situation of having owned both a standard Boss and now a LS,.... first thing I missed was those spotter...
