  1. Dealer here wont let me test drive a Focus ST!!!!!!

HA! Very funny. ::)For what its worth my 1973 BMW has (4) tow loop locations. Probably the most reliable and fun car I have ever owned.
  2. Dealer here wont let me test drive a Focus ST!!!!!!

The turbo is so much better all around than the regular Veloster. Its really just the sacrificial lamb for daily use and road trips. It will see 40k per year of use or more. Here is my car...I added the red arrow to show the tow hook location.
  3. Dealer here wont let me test drive a Focus ST!!!!!!

Thanks....I'm into quirky little Turbo cars. I have the Veloster Turbo, a '64 Corvair Monza Spyder Turbo, and a 1982 VW Caddy Turbo Diesel. (truck)I think the Mustang Turbo might be next!

  8. Header Tether Install....NHRA Required

Header tethers are now required for NHRA sanctioned events on ANY car that has multi piece collectors, or removable collectors, etc. Or the removable collector need to be stitch welded in place. Not a viable option for the Cobra Jet when you have to remove the collectors and exhaust headers to...
  9. Post Your Time Slip Here

Yes all 3 cars he took to Bradenton were CJ's. The one he blew up was the one his boss drives, and was NHRA legal weight etc.He kept his own CJ hooked up and ready for the season without injury. Ran good numbers in that one.The fastest car is a match/grudge race car. Not NHRA legal. He still...
  10. NASA Norcal HPDE

I did the Hyperdrive at Somona in a Boss....so awesome. Then I did HPDE 1 at Thunderhill. He was great. :)
