  4. Dealer (Service Dept.) Recommendation in Phoenix Area

    Dropped it off at Peoria Ford this morning (apparently same as Sanderson Ford as that's what my caller ID shows). Got a call back from the service rep. who confirmed that the front suspension TSB needs to be performed and the car will need to be kept overnight. We'll see how it goes.

    These little things are why I change my own oil. Most auto dealers have low skill personnel to do the simple stuff like oil changes and in my experience they are either poorly trained or don't care. More often than not if I need to have an oil change done because I'm traveling or just don't...

    Thanks for the link.Apparently the transmission fluid change TSB does not apply to 2013s.
