    Service director called me to explain that these are limited availability parts. I'd need to visit the dealer to start the process so he could order the parts. I did and the service rep wrote down my vin and mileage and had me sign it.Hope the rest of the process makes better sense!

    Hello Group,Has anyone got word on availability of parts and procedures at dealers for the recalled oil cooler hoses? Checked with my dealer today and they were not surprisingly under-informed. "Don't call us, Ford will contact you." was the basic response.
