Issue fixed. Ignition module was bad. I had already bought a new ignition coil so I put that on too.The car has a bad rear main seal leak and the water pump is also leaking out of the weep hole so those will need to be fixed before I can move forward with the build.

I also replaced the ignition coil with a motorcraft coil and it seems to have fixed the issue. I wasn’t able to romp on it around my neighborhood but at least I was able to rev over 4.5k rpm while driving. I’ll have to see if I can get it back out to a private area to put the car under some load...
