This brake kit seems like a no brainer, right?

Here's some testing I did with the GT500 Brembos with data. https://trackmustangsonline.com/threads/budget-track-beater.16669/post-248627

I brought home some hardware this weekend. -Kansas City Region CAM-T Champion -MiDiv Solo Series (sponsored by @DaveW) CAM-T runner-up (I was one event down to the champ) -Most improved driver? I think I was one event short last year which put my in 46th place in the PAX standings, this year...

    SN95 Black Betty

I went through two sets of Yoks before my current Bridgestones. I like the Bridgestones much better but the Yoks are the way to go if it's cool. I may switch back to Yoks this year but I'm still undecided. At the CAM Challenge in Lincoln it was cool in the morning with a sub 30 sec course and...

I'm definitely not saying a 315 isn't faster, for sure it is. I'm just questioning whether using it on a 11" is faster.

    SN95 Black Betty

I'm not saying I'm right, I'm just saying I haven't seen it. Most recently Dave was killing us with a 295 on a 12. Many people I know have switched from 315's to 295's on a 11.

I'd be surprised if a 315 was much faster if any than a 295 on a 11" wheel. For sure on a 12 or 13 but the Yoks run so wide I don't think there is any benefit on a 11.

I'm sure having ABS will help a ton, I don't have it.

    SN95 RinerAutomotive's CAM-T Mustang

I don't know if you've experienced this at all but when I had the stock 13" Roush rotors on the back with the 14" brakes on the front it would still lock the rear first. I put a proportioning valve on it to fix it. I've since gone down to Cobra rotors/calipers on the back and it works much...

    SN95 LS3 Pony

I've been super busy lately working on two houses and trying to move but here are some updates.Kansas City Region Season Finale for 2023. I ended up 4th in PAX and 8th RAW out of 126 drivers. This was enough to put me in 2nd place for the PAX championship this season. I'm really happy with...

What coilovers are everyone using on SN95's specifically?

You're best bet would be to consult with Maximum Motorsports on your spring rates. It's going to depend on several factors including what your car weighs, what tires, and what suspension type(Stock 4 link vs IRS vs Torque Arm) If you are buying from MM anyway they will steer you in the right...

    SN95/new edge vs S197 3v circuit capabilities

A 3.7 S197 is probably just as quick as a 4.6 New Edge. The 4.0 is dog slow though.

    SN95/new edge vs S197 3v circuit capabilities

It's taken lots and lots of work for my New Edge to keep up with close to stock S197's. Tires, Wheels, Brembos, and coilovers will turn a S197 into a very capable track car.
