Definitly a factory or dealership repair, seen alot of this kind of stuff over the years! Must of got damaged during shipping or at the factory so they repaired it and sold it!

Took the Boss to Ford to get it inspected ,they notified me my car is 1 of the recall cars.They ordered the new air bag and will install it when it comes in.
