  1. Great Xmas gift idea for Boss owners - hint to give spouse

I would've asked for this local '70 Boss 302 with Drag Pack that has been fully restored ...
  2. Coil Cover Emblempro inserts installed

Whoa, I like those !Too bad my covers are off the car.
  3. 18x10 +45 all around

I wouldn't worry about the double PCD on a wheel. If you need some kind of a proof, one of CCW methods to reduce weight in their Classic model is to drill an extra set of "lug holes".
  4. My new Forgeline wheels

LOL, still out of my budget even at half off.
  5. 18x10 +45 all around

Forgestar wheels don't have much clearance for the Brembo caliper. I tried to get 11-in width for the front and their wheels can only clear the caliper with 9-in or maybe 9.5-in if you don't mind lower offset. This was about 2 months ago; give Forgestar a call and see if anything has changed.
  6. Effects of wheel size change: 19" to 20"

Tire outside diameter dictates speedometer accuracy; wheel nominal diameter should not be used to determine speedometer accuracy.
  7. Boss - How many years?

The result is actually 302.19 cubic inches (π x r^2 x stroke x 8 with r = 3.63/2 = 1.815 and stroke = 3.65) and when converted to metric (2.54 cm per inch) it becomes 4,952.07 cubic centimeters or 4.95 litres and automatically rounded to 5.0 litres.I have seen the number "302.15 ci" before and...
  8. Wheel/tire packages for track

Regardless of the availability in size combinations, Invo vs. NT-01 is more about compound.
  9. Wheel/tire packages for track

Nitto Invo is a street tire. I would go with NT-01 if you are sticking with Nitto.
  10. Park it or drive it?

I tend to drive in a rather "unruly" way on the road and I've learned a long time ago that a high-powered RWD in inclement weather is an exercise in futility. Plus, it takes very little power to slide in snow or even in the very cold dry pavement. All these are well supported by the fact that...
  11. Does anyone really like the " Gotta have it Green?"

I went to NAIAS two days ago and saw the GHiG in person; OMG I love it ! Specialty cars like the B302 need to have a few choices of very vibrant, very vivid, improperly head-turning colors; whether it's a color that most people hate or love is not the issue. The competition orange belongs to...
  12. NEW OWNERS-----Tighten your lug nuts

I know I'm lazy. What's the torque for lug nuts ?
  13. New potential buyer

I'm sure there is one closer to you. I'm in Columbus OH and my car is in hibernation. A '12+ Boss 302 belongs up there among car enthusiasts; save for a very picky few. It will never be any of the semi exotic, the exotic, and the ultra, so unless you come from those, it is unlikely you'd be...
  14. FR 500C Sparco Circuit seat

    I'd try a 3 ohm, 1 watt resistor.
  15. Headlight Bezel Trim on 2012 Boss 302

What color LS do you have ?
