I like the look of that Ford one, (and the price!) but I am still using car for my daily driver and I need my backup light in my dark neighborhood. The ZL1 hook goes behind the license plate. I like that it's stealthy.
Don't really need it for autocross, but I really like my ZL1 addons tow hook. Super easy to install. Might get their license place mount that replaces the hook when my current one gets torn off. It's way to low. I got their tow hook for the back, but haven't installed it yet. It's a little...
Some Steeda 20mm hub centric wheel spacers for the back wheels. Really bugged me that the fronts stuck out more than the rears. Need some GT350 front fenders. I will add them to the list...
A few more upgrades in preparation for the autocross this weekend. First up are the Steeda camber plates. They came with a cool drill to make the hole bigger for more adjusting. I can get to -3.2 now. The 305's tuck in nicely.
So I picked up some GT350 takeoff wheels. They fit pretty good with the square 305 tires. I can’t believe the fronts don’t rubWill fit better after I get the camber plates put on. They came with new Nitto 555’s. Not going to win any autocross’s with them, but they will get me on track for now...
This is why I am here, to learn from people with some experience. Just to clerify, I want some tires and wheels just for autocross and road course. I would like to be competitive in autocross and usable for the occasionall HPDE. So noise and rain are not an issue. The club I autocross with has...
That's the plan. I know it's been beat to death and everyone has an opinion, but I'm thinking 18x10 squared with 295 888r's. 305's seem a LOT more expensive. Spacers for the front. Would that work for autocross and track? I used to run Sport Cup 2's, but it was tough to get heat in them for...
