Tires that last over a year with track and autocross time ( reasonable amount of both ), along with street use are going to be Flintstone rock rubber. Lasting a year, autocrossing, tracking and driving on the street is a good tire, but not likely...

Car is running and replacement/reprogrammed PCM seems to be working. Took the car out to quick canyon run tonight to relearn and sent it. All good for now.
thats very true. However I will say…..My recollection of autocross (other than getting sunburned!) was 95-100°F days where RE71R users were constantly spraying and airing down after their runs, all the while complaining about going slower because... (see full post)

I don’t think you will run into this issue since your car is well vented and sorted.
Strange problem for sure but the car is also getting old, things will start to go wrong here and there. Again, it’s expected as a street car that gets driven 2-3...
