Hey Terry, did you settle on a FSB / RSB combination? What coilover spring rates are you running? Currently, my setup is Hellwig 35 mm full stiff FSB, 22 mm rear, MCS coilovers w 550/250# springs. 305 square Fitment. With the Boss 25 mm RSB, had a bit too much oversteer.
I get the P0010 code, camshaft position actuator error, bank 1. Car does not go into a limp mode, but I wont track the car if the code is set or pending.
So you track your 2012 Boss, had harness related issues, upgraded to the FRPP M50 plus actuators, did not do the PRS upgrade, and have not had any more harness issues? About how much track time do you have on the M50?
American Muscle says the M-12508-M50 engine wiring harness will not fit a Boss, only a GT, which makes no sense. So I called them and they assured me it would not fit a 2012 or 2013 Boss. I then asked FRPP and they said the M50 harness and the improved camshaft actuators will work on my VIN...
Reviving this topic. My 2012 Boss threw some codes a couple years ago and the fix was a connector on the engine harness. The problem cast me a full day at WGI. Threw the P0010 code last month at VIR and cost me a half day. So I’m all in on a race hardened engine harness. Is the PRS solution...
