  1. Well, I finally have an answer to what happened in my 2015 Mustang GT on the road course

Yes, only gen 2 coyotes are affected by this design flaw.

My buddy Jay and I installed the Steeda Bump Steer Kit before taking the car to VIR this past weekend for the Full Throttle Fall Fest. What a great time! The car did very well! I ran consistent 2.17s my 2nd event at VIR. Apparently I am figuring that track out :p
  3. AIM Solo DL - what data can it provide?

Boo! I have a GT and it doesn't have steering angle, gear selection, or brake pedal position. Damn. The AIM Solo2 DL that connects directly to the CAN bus and bypasses the OBD2 port can get all of that info though, right?
  4. AIM Solo DL - what data can it provide?

How is your AIM connected to your car so that it can get brake pressure? That isn't available over the OBD2 port, right?

How is the weight compared to the stock hood? The stock hood is super heavy.

Which hood did you go with? It looks slick!

I added MP Concepts Upper and Lower grilles and redid the tow hook.I was running consistent 1.46s at Carolina Motorsports Park during the Carolina Regional Mustang Club's Performance Driving School event on 10/8 and 10/9:

  9. Well, I finally have an answer to what happened in my 2015 Mustang GT on the road course

I drove my 2015 Mustang GT at Carolina Motorsports Park in October 2020 and had a super weird issue where oil was coming through my JLT CAI and onto my suspension and then onto my driver side brakes, wheel and tire. This caused an unscheduled off track excursion that ended with my car against a...
  10. S550 Steven's 2018 Mustang GT "Christine"

Yeah, SC is very friendly to the track oriented. There are no vehicle inspections (and what do you know, the cars are actually ok! ;)), and they even allow for darker window tint!I am a little over 1 hour from Carolina Motorsports Park and about 3 hours from AMP, Road Atlanta, and less than 3...

Yeah, I think you're right, although $700+ is a lot of money for a couple of cast iron rings. I'm sure it is a supply / demand problem. DBA makes high quality rotors. They even supplied them with painted so that I could see how hot they were getting. That was pretty cool!BTW as an aside, I see...
  12. S550 Steven's 2018 Mustang GT "Christine"

The Steeda brake rotors met their demise at VIR on November 13th by developing a crack. I switched back to my street rotors/pads for the remainder of the event.I went to purchase the Steeda 2-piece rotor rebuild kit (just the cast iron rotor part) and got some serious sticker shock! They used...
