I upgraded my Tech pack car to the track pack Trans and cooler from Ford. The rear end cooler was a Full Tilt Boogie racing unit. Both worked extremely well. I sold my 16 only because I was offered an R. If you can get a good price go for it. In fact, a dealer here has a brand new yellow/black 16

A far as the tires go, you are correct, there is a huge difference with different tires. I believe though, he said that both cars were stock, assuming that goes for the tires. There are differences in tires, even street tire to street tire. And, I didnt see what tires are on the M3 but I doubt...

Agreed, the 07-09 shelbys were not very good in turns without mods. A Boss would make quick work on a road course. The new Shelby's, depends on course and driver. Would love to see what I could do with a Boss, preferably an LS on a longer course
