Your car looks great on the track! The Hawk DTC-60 pad should work well for you. To get the best longevity and on-track results follow Hawks burn-in procedures before your track day. Also might try painting your front and rear rotors to get an idea of temperatures you are reaching on the...
Looking really nice! I should have gone with a 22', but I've managed to make 20' work. Not sure if race trailers ever get "finished", as long as we keep coming up with ideas! Two of the tracks that my son and I run here in the NW, allow overnight camping in the pits, so I installed two, fold...
Yes, I have been. The car goes up on my lift after each event, and to do a full inspection, including the welds on the lower arms. I may opt to install the BMR upgraded arm, but I'm also considering fabricating full gussets and welding them in place this coming off season. Jury is out right...
Wes,
the beauty of the K-link is not just the vertically adjustable rear roll center, to better tune to the front roll center, but also the fact that because of the linkage design, the chassis is free to roll around the rear roll center without upsetting the weight on the inner and outer rear...

Yes, the Mustang performance world lost a very special man! In spite of that Team KB continues to move forward with some very special projects on the board. Cheers!
It's quite possible that a 11x18 tire setup could be right up against a 2 1/2" coil-over rear shock. In a high lateral "G" scenario it's going to be close. I run 900# springs on the adjustable axle spring perch, and not a rear coil on the shock, so it's not an issue in my case. A wide...
Yes, feel free to sign up for the preview. It will most likely be a live zoom meeting, and lots of good info will be shared. Here's a picture taken last week at The Ridge Motorsports Park. Look closely and you will see the K-Link. I ran it most of last year, and this Summer. It's been a great...
This is a highly stressed component, particularly if you are running big brakes, slicks or sticky tires and performing threshold braking. Notice the rusted area, and then the fresh metal in this break. This tubing has been cracked for some time. Cracks will generally propagate from or along...
I installed the K-Link (Sn #003) on my 2013 Boss 302LS last year, and have tracked it at Portland Raceway (PIR), The Ridge (RMP), and Oregon Raceway (ORP) several times last year. I also have driven several events so far at PIR & RMP this year. I have 4 or five more track days scheduled yet...
I run the Indy's on my 2013 Boss LS, when it looks like there might be rain during a session. Runs pretty decent wet or dry. Good wear. They're a bit loose on dry track until they come up to temp. Good value all around tire that you can run on the street or track.
I would suggest starting online with TireRack.com. There's a vast amount of knowledge to be learned there. They handle a large cross section of performance tires, and if you chose to purchase from them, they have competitive pricing and free shipping. I typically get 1-2 day shipping to...
