Thanks for the response. I wasn't sure I'd get one on such an old thread. My plan is to take basically a paper clip and bend it such that 9 mm hangs down, and use that for a secondary check after I add 56 oz. That will get me dead nuts on, then, validate I'm 9mm below the fill hole after...
I do the same for every other car, but the exact ness of JAJ makes me think I should do it perfect the first go round so that I know what it should look like every other time I do it.Not to mention I can't get a straight answer on the friction modifier. But one bridge at a time haha
I am really late to the game here, but hopefully this is a simple question with a simple answer. How much higher will the fluid level be?The simple answer is just add the 56 oz, but what's a good second check to make sure someone does it right?
Pre-ordered. This looks like a game changer for folks who don't want to run full coil overs. Glad to see your improvement! Are you going to make a rear kit as well at some point?
AJ, how do the shocks tune relative to the new spring rates? Would we looking at having to swap to the R dampers? Is there enough adjustability in the non-R dampers? Or are we looking at going to a traditional shock completely?
If and when you manufacture them, I am will be on the buy list. I have been searching for anything that keeps the factory MR, while getting above ~250-275 spring rate up front. Looking forward to more info.
It has been a while since I posted. Since then I have gotten the AAD arms installed, AAD camber links installed, and vertical links installed. The alignment process turned out to be an absolute monster, mostly due to my inability to understand geometry, which often led me to installing the wrong...
So a question for folks watching this thread. As you lengthen your toe links, your toe should open up, or go from a toe in to a toe out situation, correct? When I look at the geometry, it sure seems like that should be the case. Can anyone shed some light on this? But I sure am getting some...
How do you like the Signature wheels vs the Apex wheels? What tires are you running on the Apex wheels? Do you have the weights of each rim?I am researching rims now, and looking for some real world feedback. Signature and Apex are high on my list. I know Apex is right at 20 lbs, but not met...
You are correct. Funny enough @AAD already reached out to me on their front arms. They are in development. I am looking forward to seeing what they come up with!
I will let you know this weekend when I align it. I had to catch up with the AAD guys and get some stuff clarified. They have been great to work with. I got the camber arms, toe links, and verticals installed last night, and will have a better write up hopefully this weekend once it's all...
I wanted to give a brief update since my last post. I was one of the lucky ones to catch when OP had spindles with the GT4 studs in stock. I picked up a set, as well as some spacers. With the added camber, I am going to try and get the front track a little wider. I picked up a set of 10mm for...
