I too use 6 ton jack stands for mine like many others. Granted that's also using my old school 2x4 under the wheels so the jack fits under the car.

This looks interesting, thanks for the link.

If I had the height I would install a lift like Tracy. Very nice!

Is the weight capacity of the BL-3500 good enough for our curb weight 3666 pound cars or should we be looking at the BL-5000?

I have the same set of stands as AZBOSS, older without the welded on feet.... Rock solid with Kenny Brown jacking rails. Hoping to add a Bendpak 4-post when spring arrives. I've seen the Quick Jack system in action and it's great! Just be careful you don't pinch the side exhaust (n/a for you new 350 owners). BL-5000 for any Mustang.

I've been using HF's 3-ton aluminum jack stands. I mainly bought them, because they're light and easy to drag them to the track.
They're quality is ok. One of the cast stands has a good amount of bubbles on the outside... who know's what's inside the casting. So, I really don't trust them that much, but I always have a second stand or jack when in use, so I'm not too concerned about it.

I'm back and I've made a decision. The ESCO 3 ton stands should provide the stability I'm seeking and also provide feet that won't dig into my Racedeck flooring. The Craftsman 4 ton stands are also under consideration but I like the idea of the pins better. One negative to the ESCO stands is they are about 1" higher at their lowest point compared to the HF stands I currently own. I'll be using them mostly on the pinch welds and that height should pose no issues other than raising the car a bit further. Any other suggestions before I pull the trigger?

These Norco stands also look interesting but I like the idea of the three legs vs. one large flat bottom.

Try and find a set with a v-head or channel-head like the red ones you posted last; this will make sure the car doesn't slip off the stand when you are jacking up one side and then the other.

Maybe I'm being a little overly-cautious, the rubber on the ones you posted will probably deform a bit and "catch" the pinch weld in a similar fashion...anyways just my $0.02.

I'm telling ya, those hockey pucks work great. I don't buy them with the pinch weld grove already in there, instead I save a bundle by getting standard pucks and saw a slot in them.

Well they have a version that comes with both. Also the one with the rubber pad is removable and it has ridges on it so items won't slide off.

They say the jack stands will extend to 21.5. That's high.
Most floor jacks will not go that high so it become useless.
What you can do to these stands if you can weld or know someone.
Have them make up an insert with the U-cup welded onto a small piece of pipe that will fit inside the shaft. Just insert the adjustable part up side down from the bottom of the stand and drop in your U-shape adapter.
Just food for thought.
