New Parts For Xmas

So far Xmas has been great for myself and the 302. Thanks to my wife and in-laws, I've received a pedestal rear spoiler and Cervini rear quarter window scoops!

Also thanks to the guys here at BMO who have given advice and tips to install these products. Merry Christmas everyone! I wonder if tomorrow will bring more?

Sounds great! My family thinks alike. My wife and son got me the Airaid CAI, Boss t-shirts and 2012 Mustang calendar featuring numerous Boss photos.

I scored the Boss Owner's print and the new Hurst short throw shifter. Santa was good to me! :)

Quarter window scoops? Love them! :) But I bet Larry Shinoda would spin in his grave if he heard that!

Great Weather in KY, took the Boss out with my brother in law for a 50 mile ride, took her up to 140, very stable, he has a 2003 Cobra 650 rwh, 3000 mile car, he loved the Boss, we also took her on my favorite back road with curves! Came home for a bath and she is in her garage, for a long winters hibernation. Merry Christmas too all.

need a tune for the air raid?

Marc the CAI looks awesome. How was the install? Digi no tune is needed with the Airaid CAI.

I received a few Steeda engine and interior dress up pieces. I also got a Steeda shifter bracket that I'll try and install later this week. Last weekend I installed Roush side splitters, GT500 mufflers, MRT hoot struts, Steeda oil separator, and Sylvania Silver Star bulbs. Here are the engine pieces:

Steeda shifter bracket going in this week. Then off to Sebring for more testing. Yes the Silverstar bulbs help out. I used the Ultra version and am pleased with the improvement.

Yes the bulbs help, well worth the $20 price. Maybe a 15% improvement in brightness.

Let us know how you like the bracket. To me the car shifts fine so it's more of an experiment to see if the bracket makes the shifts more precise than they already are. I'm going to shoot before and after video of the shifter in third and how much it moves from left to right.

I have no complaints with 1 thru 4 shift so looking to see if the bracket helps the 4/5 shift. I will admit the stock bracket looks like a 3 year old designed it.

Not a Xmas present persay, but the money I got will be going towards a MGW shifter in the spring I believe. So now the wait begins!

Fairly smooth install, about an hour - taking my time. I did not want to hurt that carbon fiber
The fit was very good, the only tricky spot was getting the aluminum crank vent hose fitting in, very tight fit and required a little lube to get it in [insert smart-a** comment here]

Looks like 5-DOT has has been putting some work time in on his beast.

If you have the 4/5 problem, just wait since mine has started doing the same thing now 3/4. I hope this does not happen to you but.... I am having the high flow line and MGW shifter installed, maybe there will be an improvement.

The Aeroforce Interceptor gauge is inexpensive, easy to install, looks VERY cool and will come in handy at the track.

Either that or slap in a blower and call it a day ;D
