Thread updated again. Some nice improvements, gents!

j3st3r, that looks like a solid VIR time with that 2:06 with those mods.

+1 that's a very impressive time for anyone that's been there many times, let alone their first time. Nice driving!

Ended up completely toasting the rear's. I figured the 13 GT500 rears would be better with heat, but I'm thinking the TCS/ABS is kicking in during the hard brake zones and is still causing my rears to over heat and warp the rotors. Right after this lap I went into the brake zone for 1 and the rear end started to shudder really bad and the rear kicked out on me. So far I haven't seen anything out of place. Did hear a knock coming from the rear during a heal toe in 6 as I limped it around. Going to check on the bushings but if anyone has any other ideas what is causing this I'm all ears.

Wow, so you dropped 1.5 seconds yesterday and another 1.3 today???! That's fantastic! What kind of power to weight was that Supra? making that you chased down in the corners until he ran away in the front straight?

I updated the first post with your new times.

Ran a 1:34.875 at Autobahn CC South today on Contis. Will try to improve on Hoos tomorrow, but it looks like it going to get close to 100* versus 90* today.

Will post video when I get home......
Wow that's flying! I only ran there one weekend and it was back when I had the GT500, but I remember sub 1:40 was the benchmark.

I am wondering if your ring/pinion is coming loose or your torsen is broken somehow. Would be very odd to see those, however.
Do you have the 302R ABS module installed?

No. I'm debating getting one. Feel like I am burning up the rear brakes more and more here lately. Pulled everything apart last night. Going to drive it around once I get some good weather. Changed the pads back to street pads so if it shudders again it tells me it wasn't the pads. Everyone else I've talked to said it sounds like the rotors got warped pretty good. My front pads were almost completely gone, which is the first time I've actually used them to that point. Eventually I'll be able to keep up with you people.

SB: Looks to me as though you are well on your way to that goal. Very nice lap video, line looked real nice and your Boss sounded great.

Hope you get your brake pad wear issue sorted soon.

All the best,
302 Hi Pro

Nice driving Nick! Wow that Supra was really fast on the straights. Nice to see one out on track.
