Ben Calimer MT82 installed

I just had a Exedy Hyper clutch installed and my bite point is way down at the bottom now. For a guy with short legs and a new AutoBlip, it sucks needing to push it all the way to the bottom to work. I put a pedal extension on the clutch so I don't have to sit as close to the wheel. Wish the whole pedal group was adjustable. But now the shifts are no drama and no crunching.
Odd, my pedal release is higher. Action happens just past 1/2 travel closer to 3/4, i can short stroke the clutch with perfect shifts.

Just un update, my stage 3 Ben Calimer tranny is on its way, with its carbon fiber syncros and heavy duty forged gears.. The ratios are ....
1st = 3.46
2nd = 2.29
3rd = 1.61
4th = 1.26
5th = 1
6th = 0.61

Its supposed to be rated at 1000hp and 900 ft/lbs torque..... My build will not be any where close to that :)

Saw this rather abusive video of a G-Force g101a (NOT A stage 3, MY BAD),...

Why did you decide to go with those gear ratios?

No deep thought on my part... its the ratios that come with the G-Force gears... I guess that since they are a bit beefier, the ratios get a bit longer... Might have to go back to a 3.55 rear.... but this will leave me with a very useful 2nd gear. And I like the rpm for the 3rd to 4th change..

Thinking of maybe going back to a 3.73 with the new tranny, Feels like Cristmas since the Calimer Stage 3 its arriving this week. After last race, noticed that a bmw Z4 with a DCT box and some 100 hp less kept up to me for about half the straight away... then when he stayed in one gear I could pass him quickly.... He probably did 2,3,4,5, while I was just on 3, 4. the Curve just before the straight is at over 90km/hr so about 5800 rpm if I use 2nd
...

Not sure If I should order a 3.73 right away or try the stage 3 out first with its longer gears but better shifting....

My current MT82 number 6 has to be shifted with care and at less then 7000 rpm......

NEW________ OLD
1st = 3.46____ 3.66
2nd = 2.29____ 2.43
3rd = 1.61____ 1.64
4th = 1.26____ 1.32
5th = 1 ______ 1
6th = 0.61____ 0.65

Makes me think that a 3.55 rear end would be the most flexible....

4th = 1.26____ 1.32_______1.0
5th = 1.0_____ 1.0________.80
