Welcome to the club, James.Patience is a virtue and it worked well for you! A '12 Boss with 6k at a good price is a great find indeed.I got my Boss new and have over 31K on the clock, but have enjoyed every mile!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get out and drive that KB baby. Ponies are meant to run! I have the same year and color with 9K on the OD and if winter didn't happen, I'd have twice that much. That and the fact I trailer to the track now are the only reason my miles are low.

I have a KB Boss with 13k on the clock. My family worries that I will want to be buried in it. Not likely.

Just make sure you have you and your car totally in tombed in concrete or someone will dig it up and toss you out and drive it away.

I ordered a transmission jack this morning. Gonna rip that trans out.

Finally installed the Blowfish Trans Bracket and it made a bigger improvement than I expected; every shift is better not just high RPM shifts. 100% worth it and I wish I had gotten it sooner!

Installed some AJ Hartman front canards to match my APR wing. Even with two heaters in the garage my hands and feet are numb so that's it for today.

So, after having one of the "ears" of my front drivers Koni STR strut fail, I went with some new Koni "Yellows". Also installed some BMR control arm relocation brackets while I was down there. Haven't had a chance to test them out yet, but hoping for a improvement over the STR's.

Anybody that lives in a city the same name as my truck is surely welcome here!!!...Good luck on your adventures!!!

I love my Koni Yellow Sports. They're not the best money can buy but good for a budget minded driver.

Ordered a 3/8" thick steel 10" long tow hook rated at 5,000lbs. When that arrives i will be making a cardboard mount and taking measurements so the fab shop near my work can build a steel mount to the front of the right frame rail.

Everything should be bolt on.

Installed my Cortex torque arm and diff breather. Currently (im)patiently waiting for my new radiator so I can overhaul the cooling system before Thunderhill this Sunday.

This weekend I installed the Vorshlag CC plates, Koni Yellows, and Steeda Boss Comp Springs from @Montana Mik as well as new track pads (GLoc R12) and rotors (blanks).
Also had to replace the front sway bar end links since the passenger side bolt/nut must have crossthreaded and is now very stuck on the stock strut. Good thing for Amazon 1 day pickup since I'm heading to Laguna Seca this upcoming weekend and still need to let the springs settle and get an alignment.
Decided to order a new suspension fastener kit to replace all the old nuts and bolts, I wish I had done it sooner!
