What's the word on Brembo BRP2 brak pads?

Has anyone here used Brembo BRP2 brake pads? How are they for track use on a Boss 302 or similar car?

I just bought a Brembo front rotor replacement kit for a Boss 302S race car and Brembo recommends their BRP2 pad. I've never used their brake pads and was curious how they compare with the usual track/racing choices (e.g., G-LOC, Carbotech, Hawk, etc.).

I've heard that these are rebranded Ferodo pads but can't confirm.

No experience here.
So far for the fronts have used PFC11 and Hawk DTC70 with no complaints. Contemplating Pagid RST1 next, although no complaints about DTC70 in this application.

For reference: This is with the Brembo 380mm XB105 setup in front (same as '14 BOSS-S).

I run the Pagid RST1 with the Brembo 380mm XB105 setup in front. They have very high initial bite and overall friction level. If you are not running an R7, Pirelli DH, or something similar, they will be too aggressive. Running the Continental slicks sold on discount from Hoosier, I occasionally get the front tires to skip under hard braking when hot.

The RST1 pads have been much easier on my rotors than Carbotechs or Hawks.

Love Pagid pads... but will try some GLOC 18 pads with a new set of PP 6pot brembos.

Pagids are rotor friendly but they do take a LOT of heat so my discs last about as long as two sets of pads!! Maybe I need 4" brake ducts..
