Going thru my bookmarks and this Bon Jovi tune caught my attention. It's an oldie but goodie.Back in the day I asked my young (then) son what he thought a "steel horse" was.He was unsure but thought it might be a statue. Good guess for a boy of his age back then! I let him know the steel horse was referring to a motorcycle and he has remembered that ever since. Bon Jovi fans will know when to blast this...others may turn to a different station...a rerun is a rerun for a reason......My steel horse is comp orange and smiling in the garage.

Really cool looking pups there Bob.
Are they up on the bed? I can't tell you how much I tried keeping our two pups off the bed but while I'm away, they just took over my side because the lovely Wench let them. I'm left with a blanket and squeaky toy at the foot of the bed now!
And why is it my neck is always itching now?

Not good Boss driving weather til next Tuesday, so I'll just be patient til then.At least temps are in the 50's to 60's and the grass is starting to turn green....Uh-Oh lawn mowing tyme pretty soon.....

I greatly dislike people who don't know what day of the week it is. Only retired folks ask that question and it's a bitter reminder to me that I still have five years left to work. :(

Careful what you wish for. Trust me, those five years will pass way too fast.

Tyme, I, for one, get the local paper delivered everyday so I can reference what day it is LOL...If you enjoy your job, there's no rush to leave it....I didn't have that luxury at the end of my laboring journey...things turned sour in a hurry....a change in command will do that once in a while.Still, I have no regrets about retiring!!! The last, going on, 4 yrs have been bliss!!!Tyme, if you see a way to get away earlier, go for it!!!!!!........More tyme with S.L..........;)........and your family, of course.....

Went to the store today to get my Gold's Horseradish (on sale, of course!!) for Easter.I get the Hot white one and the reg beet one and mix them and it comes out OK...still a burn thru your nose, but no place else.! I love horseradish at Easter on Hard boiled eggs and kabasi, for sure! I used to make my own horseradish yrs ago, but as I've gotten younger ( with the Boss's help), this is much easier!!!;)
