I vote 10's
Based on my experience. I have run literally ever pad they make. 18/10 was very good.
I have since went to 24s up front and still 10s in back. Probably move to 12s in back next.

I have the 302s module. And yes, the rears actually do some work now. I run slicks and that module was a must have on my car. I could burn thru a new set of gloc pads in a weekend no problem. And still have to end sessions early due to no breaks. Fronts were so hot. Once that abs module went in brakes were fixed. My temps are equal on all 4 corners each session now. No fade and easy modulation .

And yes the 24s are carbotech 24hr endurance pads. I think gloc makes them too but you have to call them.

Great thanks for the reply. Will be my first outing with glocs(pagids previous) and the module. Gotta swap my 8’s for a new set before the event.
Thanks for the reply

A G-LOC18 is the equivalent to a Carbotech 24. Suggest pre-bedded with either pad.

This thread can be confusing for folks to read as posters are interchanging G-LOCs and Carbotechs. Though part of the same family , when a couple of brothers split to form G-LOC the pads numerical classing changed. A 10 with Carbotech is likely an 8 with G-LOC.

Just a note as this thread could be confusing to newcomers and others with all the back and forth interchanging, imho.

Hey Bill sorry for any confusion on this post. I was asking advice on a the rear GLOC pad compound that o have on my car.
I know a lot of guys use the GLOC 18f/12r combo and was askin if my GLOC 18f/8r combo would be a good match(with the module). If you run these pads I’m in for your advice.. thanks Rob

I think it could be worth a try , especially if you already have them, as the brakes out back go along for the ride anyway. I used to run a big gap, aggressive front , mild in the back to balance out my braking. But your best bet would be to call Danny Puskar ( Push Car ) at G-LOC and get his advice?
