I eat up a lot of rear calipers, pads, and axle seals. Has anyone went to a different rear brake setup without going to a full floater rearend?

Ultimately is Wilwood an option for a track day car with decent driver?

Note I have the Boss R ABS module but haven’t installed it yet.

Don't wait, swap in the ABS module.

The programing with the stock unit applies the rear brakes. This will cook the rear brakes in a weekend.

The next thing to consider is to upgrade to the larger GT-500 rears. Same caliper, different mounting bracket and rotor.

I do have the GT500 rear setup. I run the aggressive Gloc R12 on front and R10 on back. I have Vorshlag cooling ducts on Brembo 14” front.

My Harry’s lap timer usually shows a max of 0.8-0.9 I need to push harder and am afraid of cooking axles seals in a weekend.

I will install the module. I feel traction control is slowing me down but it has saved me a couple of times as well.

Traction control eats rear brakes if you are leaning on it, far more so than stability. I would suggest holding off on the R ABS module and turning off traction control but leaving stability. This will make your rear brakes last much longer. Learn how much traction you have in each corner and how much power you can use, what it feels like when the back end comes out, and stability should catch you if you overcook it (as long as you weren't ham fisted). Once you're there, turn off all and get comfortable with the car without safety nets, then install the module. A good instructor should be able to speed that learning process up.

I agree. I have tried sport and off but my 2013 kicks all control back on, especially in off camber or switchback corners.

That's frustrating... I still have the stock module but it only kicks stability/advancetrc back on when I turn it all off, and once I pull into the pits and turn it off again, it stays out of the picture for the rest of the session. When I turned only traction off/sport, it kept it off. We don't have any banked corners, though.
