Probably a little of both. Supposedly our engine builds are pretty much the same. That car has a 4.88 gear set and the same Magnum trans; the builder is saying it's gear ratios but when I compare them on the tractive effort calculator, there's not any advantage to the 4.88.

He appeared to be holding what would be 3rd gear in my car all the way to redline on the straights, and might have another 200 RPM or so before he hits his limiter vs. my upshift with another 800 revs available. He's on here so maybe he'll comment :)

That was fun to watch and nice pass FTW!

My best lap from last weekend. Dissappointing event after P0300 codes came on the during race. My best times was in the practice the day before.. Still getting the feel for the 15" Brembos with Gloc 18 pads. they worked well but missed the instant bite that I had before with the Pagids. New Aero helped on the straight. At least I could keep up with the faster cars now....

Man I love the sound of your car, what exhaust are you running?
I have Kooks LT's, no cat X-pipe and I replaced the resonator pipes with a straight Borla set into Steeda mufflers. It's actually pretty raspy when you first start moving through the gears and at part throttle which I can't say I like but at WOT it's much better.
