Oil Temperatures peaked at 273* at Gingerman in modest ambient temperatures, So I've opened up the Front grille to provivide more airflow over the Setrab 948 Cooler:

Also, I've been seeing AutoBlip issues, likely due to vibration causing issues with the wire taps. So I stripped the harness and solder spliced connections:

I have used both, After having issues with my AutoBlip I went to look for a better unit.

The Xineering Unit actual creates its own signal instead of trying to use the oem pedals signal.

The Auto Blip works fine for a while but once your Throttle Body wears out it will start to have issues.
I have had issues on multiple cars with the Auto Blip.

After Installing the Xineering Unit all the problems went away on the Same cars!

Hey Nick - are you running fender/wheel liners on the race car? Any concerns with debris hitting the trans oil cooler?

That's what I thought. Working on some fender vents and wasn't too keen on removing. Will have to work on alternative venting. Maybe just cutting them where the vents are located.

Side note, any update on the FP350S steering rack and ABS module?

I haven't tried the Steering Rack. ABS is not Plug and Play, even with wiring connecter switch. Still a work in progress, but based on what I've seen, I wouldn't recommend it on anything other than a dedicated race car without Magneride.

Update on the FP350S ABS module, from what I've seen so far:

It will not work with Magneride.
It disables Mode selection and will not allow Steering mode changes, and will turn Advance Track off.
It also also lights up the cluster with multiple warnings.
Finally wheel speed, brake force and steering angle position data is not compatible with AIM or RaceLogic Data acquisition systems.

Black Boss, curious if you went with the Xineering blip module and if you’ve had a chance to try it out.

@67GTA Yes, I went with the Xineering module. I used AutoBlip on 3 cars with success, but the Race Car threw a Wrench Light and put the car in Limp Mode. It wasn't the connections. Maybe the combination of a restrictor in the Throttle Body to meet Power:Weight limits and a non OE tune were not compatible with AB. Either way the Xineering module works flawlessly.
