Yep, just fixed all the little things in the car hauler and she's put away for most likely, the winter. That early morning greeted me with a nip in the air. I think the 90s have already flew south.

Come on down here. Track season is just getting warmed up.

Good to hear the trailer is squared away. I also chased a few electrical gremlins in mine this week. Two marker lights were out. One had a broken wire inside a wall and the other a bad ground. Trailer brakes need adjusting next.

Back brakes on the Boss are gone. Thankfully the rears are cheap. Pads and rotors will be about $300.00 all in for the rears.

Glad you made it back to Mississippi safely Tracy. I imagine you still have a month or two of track tyme down south. My pads are shot as well so I'll change them over soon to the G-LOCs I bought from OP Mustangs last year.

Tim recommended R16s for the front and R10s for the rear after I explained my track usage and abilities. Also took off those RE71Rs and will use them for whenever I AutoX. The opinion in Hastings was that they are better suited for that than the road course. Next spring I'll be looking for better tires for the track but still have some life in the PS4S Michelins. I'll be looking to stick in the stock class so will get with Bill and stick to somewhere around 200 TW.

Likely will recommend you look into the BFG Rival S tires. Considering how you drive your car the 16 front , 10 rear sounds pretty good. I am more aggressive, but , as you know, my car never sees the street!

He's got a "FART" sticker Bob - it doesn't always stay on the track... ;)

For those who missed the gathering in Hastings this year. Bill was awarding a F.A.R.T sticker to any one who went off track. By going off track you entered the much sought after Ford Alfalfa Racing Team.

Although Sweet Loraine does not show her new "Tattoo" She also was awarded this high award.

Well, Bob, I usually drive a truck since I live in the Land of Corn. Hence my mode of transport is quite appropriate. I also have a lovely garage queen ( 2013 Viper Launch Edition) that I drive occasionally, but more often than not I am at the wheel of my wife's Grand Cherokee, taking her to dinner , shopping or whatever else she enjoys so I can purchase copious quantities of race tires ( BFG ), brake pads ( G-Locs ) , CF hoods ( Chicane 23 ) , rims ( Apex), etc. I do love that woman, as I am quite sure my necessities to play are way beyond her Marshalls or DSW accounts!?
